If you’re going to order the colorful mango, sour and vanilla concoction, keep in mind that the drink contains a whopping 500 calories and 76 grams of sugar.
“You can work out every day, but it’s important to be reminded that exercise doesn’t take the place of a bad diet,” Reebok trainer Pete O’Donnel tells PEOPLE. “Even as a trainer, I still have my guilty pleasure foods. And that’s okay, we all deserve to indulge every once in a while. But nutrition and fitness go hand-in-hand — both need to be intact in order to really lead a healthy lifestyle.”

However if you want to indulge — and then work off those calories — O’Donnell and fellow Reebok trainer Ally Leard have programmed a series of movements that are guaranteed to help you burn off that special unicorn drink:
- Do a Half-Mile of Lunges
- 100 Mountain Climbers
- 75 Kettle Bell Swings
- 50 Push-Ups
- 50 Burpees
- 1000m Row
- 75 Sit-Ups
- 100 Double Unders
Whew! That’s a lot of work — maybe Instagramming it and just drinking a few sips is the way to go.
