Sometimes coffee is the only thing that gets you going or helps you push through a long day and afternoon slump. It’s even good for you — a study showed that drinking moderate amounts of coffee (and alcohol) could actually help you live longer.

So, lucky for us caffeine addicts, we can score some free coffee on Sunday, Sept. 29, for National Coffee Day.

This holiday (because if anything deserves its own holiday, coffee does) is full of deals on beans, warming cups of Joe, and even snacks that go with it. From new coffee blends to doughnuts filled with coffee-flavored cream, there’s no shortage of decadent coffee-inspired deals.

Here is where you can get your hands on a deal for National Coffee Day.

Krispy Kreme

The doughnut chain is celebrating the holiday with a “Coffee Kreme”-filled glazed doughnut, combining everyone’s favorite things: coffee and sugar. But hurry, these special java doughnuts will only be available for one week. If you’re in the mood for something a bit simpler, you can also get a free cup of coffee and a free original glazed doughnut on Sunday.

Dunkin’

To mark this momentous holiday, Dunkin’ is introducing three new blends at more than 300 of its stores: the “Shakerato” with two shots of sweetened espresso swirled together, the cold brew latte, and the café au lait. And to make sure you get your caffeine fix, the chain will give anyone who buys a hot coffee at participating shops a second cup of hot coffee for free.

Peet’s Coffee

To celebrate on Sunday, Peet’s will give everyone 25 percent off all beans in store as well as online using the code COFFEEDAY19. And in honor of the holiday, the coffee chain conducted a java survey that found that 83 percent of people who self-identify as “coffee connoisseurs” research if their beans are grown and sourced ethically, and that millennials tend to be willing to travel an average of three miles for a good cup of Joe. We can’t blame them.
