Is there anything more refreshing than a slice of watermelon on a hot summer day? Maybe, but not much. So why not take it a step further and freeze watermelon juice into a delicious ice pop?
To make these popsicles, you're going to need to make homemade watermelon juice or your favorite watermelon juice from the store. If you're over 21, go ahead and treat yourself to an adult pop infused with tequila. But if you're giving these to the kids, leave out the liquor and swap in 1/4 cup sugar instead. Whatever you do, make sure not to mix them up!
