How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300°F. Whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, maple syrup, liquid smoke, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
Step 2
Toss coconut in marinade, and place in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until crispy, 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven; let cool to room temperature, about 10 minutes.
