With just the right amount of cheese and a crispy crust, this sausage pizza also features the bright flavor of marinated artichokes.

How to Make It

1. Place a pizza pan or an inverted large baking sheet in oven. Preheat oven to 475°F. Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil in a small skillet over medium-high. Add sausage; cook until browned and just cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes, stirring to crumble. Remove from heat; set aside.

2. Place cauliflower crust on a sheet of parchment paper. Brush with remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Top with pizza sauce, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle with salt. Top with half of the cooked sausage. Top with fontina, mozzarella, remaining sausage, and artichoke hearts. Gently place parchment paper with pizza on hot baking sheet. Bake at 475°F until cheese is golden brown and melted, about 8 minutes. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper, if desired. Serve immediately.
