How to Make It
Place a pizza stone or baking sheet in oven. Preheat oven to 450°F. Do not remove pizza stone while oven preheats.
Let dough stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Roll dough on parchment paper into a 14-inch circle.
Heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add turkey, scallions, and garlic to skillet. Cook 5 to 6 minutes or until turkey is browned.
Spread marinara sauce over pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Top with cheese, turkey mixture, and tomato slices. Leaving pizza on parchment paper, place onto pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a wire rack; let cool briefly.
Combine mayonnaise, pickle juice, ketchup, mustard, and 2 teaspoons water in a small bowl. Drizzle mixture over top of pizza; top with shredded lettuce and pickle chips. Cut into 8 slices.
