Decrease pizza carbs by using whole-wheat thin bagels as a base, and elevate the richness with both fresh and part-skim mozzarella cheeses. Similar to a classic Pizza Margherita with tomato, basil, and mozzarella, this pizza also features salami and sliced red onion.

How to Make It

1. Place a large inverted baking sheet in oven. Preheat oven to 475°F. Arrange bagel thin halves, cut side up, on a sheet of parchment paper. Spread each bagel half with 1 tablespoon marinara sauce. Sprinkle evenly with salt. Top evenly with salami, onion, shredded mozzarella, and fresh mozzarella, layering randomly so that salami and onion are visible under and over cheese. Transfer parchment paper with pizza bagels to hot baking sheet.

2. Bake at 475°F until cheese is melted and golden brown, 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from oven. Top pizzas evenly with basil, and drizzle evenly with oil. If desired, slice into pieces. Serve immediately
