How to Make It
1. Combine spinach, smoked salmon, avocado, apple, feta, onion, and sunflower seed kernels in a large bowl; gently toss to mix.
2. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, and black pepper in small bowl. Spoon salad into bowls and drizzle evenly with olive oil mixture. Serve immediately.
