How to Make It
Preheat oven to 375 F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Make the filling: In a small bowl, combine cheeses with salmon, lemon juice and zests, chives, and pepper. Stir until well-mixed.
Make the wontons: In the center of each wonton wrapper, place 1 1/2 tsp filling, and draw corners up, pinching closed with a dab of water. Repeat with remaining wrappers.
In a small bowl, whisk egg until frothy. Lightly brush wontons with whisked egg (you won’t need to use all of it). Place wontons on sheet pan and sprinkle each one with a small amount of bagel seasoning.
Bake until golden brown, or about 8 to 9 minutes.
