Get your snack fix with these salty, crunchy soybeans. The touch of cayenne pepper and ginger gives them a nice pop of brightness.

How to Make It

1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper, and lightly coat with cooking spray. Pat edamame dry with paper towels. Toss together edamame, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl.

2. Spread edamame mixture in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake at 300°F until crispy and moisture has evaporated, about 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Cool completely on baking sheet on a wire rack, about 15 minutes.
