Jillian Michaels loves this recipe, as it's an easy and healthy way to satisfy that sweet tooth! This tasty treat is also packed with nutrition, thanks to the heavy lifting of so many superfoods in one place. It works as both a sweet, satisfying breakfast and a healthy nighttime indulgence.

Michaels prefers unsweetened coconut milk, but we find it a little too high in sat fat, so we swapped it with original unsweetened almond milk. You can go with coconut milk as Michaels does, but you're getting closer to 7g sat fat per serving. You also may want to watch out for the high fiber content if you don't consume much of it on a regular basis.

How to Make It

Step 1

Place almond milk, chia seeds, cacao powder, pinch of salt and maple syrup into a medium sized mixing bowl and stir until smooth.

Step 2

Place bowl in fridge and let sit a minimum of 3 hours, but preferably overnight.

Step 3

Then remove and top with dried coconut, goji berries, and cacao nibs.
