Hot Muesli With Pomegranate, Blueberry, and Cashew Crunch
Serves 1 (serving size: 1 bowl)
The cereal is perfectly sweetened with fresh fruit without any added sugars in sight. You can top it with whatever fruit and nuts you prefer or have on hand. Dry muesli can be found in the aisle with the other dry cereal.
1/3 cup muesli (such as Bobs Red Mill)
1/2 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
2 tablespoons pomegranate arils
1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted cashews, chopped
Added sugars 0g
Calcium 15% DV
Potassium 8% DV
How to Make It
Place the muesli in a serving bowl. Microwave the milk in a glass measuring cup on HIGH for 1 minute or until hot. Pour the milk over the muesli. Sprinkle with the blueberries, pomegranate arils, and cashews.
