Homemade garlic toast is a trusted, comforting side that everyone is guaranteed to love. Here, we’ve achieved a healthier but just-as-tasty version using whole-wheat French bread and extra-virgin olive oil instead of butter.
How to Make It
Heat a grill pan over medium-high. Brush bread slices with oil. Add bread to pan; cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until toasted. Rub 1 side of each bread slice with cut sides of garlic.
