Apple cider vinegar is all the rage for its seeming cure-all health benefits, but isn’t exactly easy to drink. Antioxidant-rich elderberry and pomegranate juice soothes the sting of vinegar while settling any stomach blues with sparkling water for this spritzer.
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon elderberry syrup
1/3 cup pure pomegranate juice
Lemon, to garnish
How to Make It
In a small sauce pot, bring vinegar, syrup, and pomegranate juice to a soft simmer. Stir to dissolve honey.
Serve divided between glasses. Serve warm or chilled, with a splash of sparkling water and garnished with lemon (if desired).
