Green peas are a freezer staple, making this side dish that much easier to come together. Serve this herby side with roast beef or lamb. Stir any leftover peas into an Indian-style curry on another night.

How to Make It

Combine olive oil, curry powder, and sliced garlic cloves in a medium skillet over medium. Cook 3 minutes or until garlic is fragrant, stirring frequently. Add frozen thawed green peas and trimmed fresh sugar snap peas; cook 3 minutes. Stir in torn fresh mint, grated lime rind, fresh lime juice, and kosher salt. Serve immediately.
