Instant espresso coffee powder gives this banana- based smoothie a jolt of caffeine.

How to Make It

Place espresso powder and hot water in a blender; stir and let stand 1 minute. Add banana, milk, and honey; process until smooth. Gradually add ice; process until smooth. Pour into a glass and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
