How to Make It
Place the quinoa, salt, and 3/4 cup of the milk in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium. Reduce the heat to medium-low; cover and simmer until very tender, about 16 minutes. Remove from the heat. Let stand, covered, 3 minutes.
Stir in the cinnamon and remaining 1/4 cup milk. Top with the apple and pecans. Sprinkle with more cinnamon, if desired.
