That jar of salsa hanging out in the back of your fridge has more in store for it than a date with a bag of tortilla chips. This easy chicken kebabs recipe will help you teach that lycopene-rich salsa some tasty new tricks.

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat grill to medium-high (about 450°F). Combine chicken breast tenders, chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, olive oil, lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, garlic cloves, pepper, and kosher salt in a bowl. Thread tenders onto 8 skewers; grill 5 minutes per side or until done.

Step 2

Stir together salsa, Sriracha chili sauce, and smoked paprika. Spoon salsa mixture over plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt in a small bowl; serve with kebabs. Sprinkle with fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves.
