A riot of color and flavor, these fruit-filled smoothie bowls are a wholesome and delicious start to Mother’s Day. They’re also perfect if you’re not comfortable in the kitchen—simply shop for the right ingredients, then blend and serve!

To make these smoothie bowls extra cute for mom, pick up some small cookie cutters and let the kids punch out fun shapes from kiwi or large strawberries to garnish with. Chia seeds add extra fiber; if you can’t find them at the grocery store, feel free to leave them out.

How to Make It

Combine all ingredients (except toppings) in a blender; and process until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Divide mixture between 2 bowls, and top as desired.
