To achieve the swirled smoothie pictured on our cover, process peaches, mango, and nectar in a blender; divide between 2 glasses. Process the remaining ingredients, pour over fruit mixture, and swirl with a spoon.
1 cup frozen unsweetened peaches
1 cup sliced mango
1/4 cup apricot or peach nectar
1 (6-oz.) carton plain low-fat Greek yogurt
1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds or flaxseed meal
2 teaspoons honey
Added sugars 6g
How to Make It
Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
