Creamy and mild navy beans pair with naturally sweet applesauce and honey, plus a dash of spices, to create an easy-to-eat dip that will have you consuming beans by the bowl-full. Pair with fresh apple slices or cinnamon pita chips for a healthy snack or dessert.
1 can no-salt navy beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons cashew butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 dash (roughly 1/8 teaspoon) of nutmeg
1 dash (roughly 1/8 teaspoon) cloves
How to Make It
In a food processor, blend together all ingredients until smooth. Chill in the fridge for at least three hours, preferably overnight, before serving.
