How to Make It
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for at least five minutes.
Shuck corn, making sure to remove the silk threads from the cob. Trim the edges if necessary. Give each ear of corn one spritz of olive oil spray and use your hands to evenly distribute.
Place the corn atop parchment paper or an oiled surface inside the air fryer to prevent sticking. Cook for 15 minutes, rotating halfway through.
In a small dish, whisk mayonnaise, lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, and paprika. Taste and season the mixture with a pinch of salt, if desired. Set aside.
To plate, coat each ear of corn with the chili-lime sauce. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and additional paprika for a picture-perfect platter. Serve immediately with extra lime wedges.
