These fun twists on nigiri sushi are a great way to splurge with bacon are easy to make and work great as a party snack or finger food. Don’t forget the Sriracha!
How to Make It
Combine rice, finely chopped bacon, green onions, sesame seeds, vinegar, and sugar. Shape rice mixture into 4 oblong portions. Refrigerate 20 minutes. Top each portion with 1 dot of Sriracha and 1/2 slice bacon.
