The popular gelato brand just debuted their new organic line of unique flavors.
To know Talenti is to love Talenti, and the company has made strides in producing lower-sugar, dairy-free, and carefully sourced gelato varietes over the last few years. Now, the gelato company is releasing a brand-new line of organic flavors, and we couldn’t be more excited. With names like Brown Butter Caramel, Ginger Matcha, Oak-Aged Vanilla, and Chocolate Mousse, we just know these are going to be delicious.
"We know more consumers are looking for organic options—especially in the ice cream and gelato category," Josh Hochschuler, founder of Talenti, said in a press release. "We're thrilled to offer a line that meets this demand, while still delivering that same delicious taste consumers have come to expect from Talenti. We had a lot of fun creating unique flavor combinations in the Organic line, and we can't wait for our fans who are craving something new to try them."
Talenti is also celebrating the addition of its 40th gelato flavor by introducing Lemon Bar as part of the “Crafted with Less Sugar” line. Made with lemon curd, shortbread cookies, and lemon zest, we’re pretty confident we won’t even miss the extra sugar. The products in Talenti’s reduced-sugar line are sweetened with monk fruit juice, which is a popular, zero-calorie alternative sweetener. This probably doesn’t justify scarfing down a pint of Lemon Bar in one sitting, but it’s still fine as an occasional treat.

These new flavors are already available in grocery stores nationwide. The organic line retails for $5.49-$6.49 a pint, while the Lemon Bar and others from the “Crafted with Less Sugar” line are offered for $4.49-$5.49 a pint. The Talenti organic line has between 230-250 calories and 10-11g of fat per serving, while the Lemon Bar flavor has 160 calories and 7g of fat per serving.
