KitchenAid's Newest Limited-Edition Color Is SO Perfect for Summer
Eight different appliances come in the fiery new shade.
KitchenAid is going all out for their 100-Year anniversary. In September, they released a limited-edition stand mixer in a gorgeous, retro-inspired Misty Blue to celebrate, and now they’ve just done it again. Except instead of the nostalgic blue, they went to the other end of the color spectrum with forward-looking lipstick, fire-engine, lifeguard-bathing-suit red! And I, for one, am officially obsessed.
KitchenAid’s limited-edition “Queen of Hearts” collection includes eight kitchen items: two stand mixers (one has a stainless steel bowl and flex-edge beater, while the other has a glass bowl and pouring shield); a two-speed handheld immersion blender; a food chopper; a hand mixer; an electric kettle; a two-slice toaster; and even a commercial-style range in case you love the color so much you want to redo your entire kitchen (and who wouldn’t?!)

The collection will be available for purchase on April 1, 2019. The stainless steel mixer retails for $400 and will only be available for purchase at Williams-Sonoma and KitchenAid.com. The glass bowl mixer will retail for $500 and will be available for purchase at KitchenAid.com and other retailers.
The rest of the collection costs between $55-$85. You'll have to wait until this summer if you want that stove, however. And it retails for $7500.
A press release said the bold red color embodies “the energy, strength, and shared passion for creating possibility in the kitchen.” All of the products come in “passion red,” and everything—excluding the two-speed hand beater and range—is adorned with the company’s “100 year logo” and “hundreds of miniature hearts.”
Now this is a line we could fall in love with.
