Bar carts are so 2017. We’re calling it now: the new “it” product that’s about to blow up your Instagram feed (if it hasn’t already) is the Instant Pot cart. And, yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like.

As most trends do, this one began at Target, where shoppers found a minimalist utility cart that is, fortuitously enough, perfectly shaped for your Instant Pot. Every Instant Pot multi-cooker fits snugly into the cart's top tier, and home cooks have been flocking to Target to get their hands on their very own.

"I wasn’t sure if my 8-quart Instant Pot would fit, but it fits perfectly with a little bit of room to spare. So it’s not so tight that it would be difficult to take out/put back," one reviewer writes. Others also say they've stored their Instant Pot appliances or Crock Pots on the lower tiers.

Having a utility cart in your kitchen is smart, and can save you major cabinet space by storing bulky kitchen gadgets (like that air fryer). Plus, you can say goodbye to bending over (or standing on your tippy toes) to finagle heavy items out of stuffed cabinets.

I, for one, certainly wouldn't be opposed to a three-tiered rack of sparkling Le Creuset dutch ovens.

Some shoppers say their local Target stores have sold out of what's gearing up to be 2019's hottest kitchen accessory—but Amazon is here to save the day. Here, our favorite options that are available online.

1) Designa 3-Tiered Rolling Storage Cart

This is very similar to Target's version—and comes in a striking turquoise color. Each tray can hold up to 20 pounds.

2) ECR4Kids 3-Tier Metal Utility Rolling Cart

This is one of Amazon's best-selling utility carts, with over 300 satisfied customers and 5-star reviews. However, be warned: the trays only measure 15" in width, so it'll only accommodate 6-quart Instant Pot models that are 13" in width. Unlike Target's version, it comes with four shelves for optimal storage.

Another rectangular model, more than 500 Amazon shoppers have left 5-star reviews on this product, which comes in four different colors. This is the cheapest of the bunch, but only one shelf is roomy enough to hold an Instant Pot or other large countertop appliance.
