This Is the Recipe Ina Garten Says She Could “Eat Every Night”
Home cooks are eagerly awaiting the release of fall's most anticipated cookbook—Ina Garten's Cook Like a Pro, which is due to hit bookstores and Amazon on October 23. In the agonizing months leading up to the release, the star of Food Network's Barefoot Contessa has been teasing some of the most exciting recipes via Instagram and on her website. So far, Ina has blessed us with an easy tomato salad recipe, but Garten recently shared another sneak peek of Cook Like a Pro with a chicken recipe that you'll want to add to your arsenal of superfast weeknight meals.
"This one-dish dinner has everything I want — tender mustard chicken with a crunchy panko crust, roasted fingerling potatoes, and a cold, crisp frisée salad with plenty of mustardy vinaigrette," Ina writes in her Instagram post. "I could eat this for dinner every night! Hope you love it too!"
