Here's How You Can Shop Le Creuset's Major Factory Sale
There isn't a home cook who doesn't go weak in the knees for new Le Creuset. These pieces of kitchen cookware are not only gorgeous and extremely durable—they’re also rather expensive.
Buying a piece of Le Creuset is definitely a financial commitment, but we have good news if you really want a piece but aren’t ready to part with your entire tax return: the company just announced their famous factory sale will be happening this May.
The Le Creuset Factory-to-Table Sale has a reputation for being the company's best-ever sale after the first two events in Nashville and Charleston last year.
Prices on Le Creuset's best buys—like the classic 6-quart dutch oven and all of their cocottes—are notoriously low, but you'll have to make a special journey to cash in on these deals.
This year's event will take place in Denver at the National Western Complex, kicking off on Thursday, May 3 through Sunday, May 6. Need another reason to visit the Mile High City? All of the sales generated at the event will go directly to Johnson & Wales University's College of Culinary Arts and Project Angel Heart, a nonprofit which provides meals to those suffering life-threatening illnesses.
You'll need to book travel, yes—but you'll also need to get your hands on a ticket to the event. Tickets are available online for $25 per person if you want to be the first to shop the event on Thursday, otherwise you'll have to cough up $10 to gain entry into the event on Friday. Anyone can peruse what is left of the company's best offerings over the weekend if you register online before the event.
Can't make it to Denver? Keep an eye out for big savings on Le Creuset items on the company's website and always check the sale section of your favorite luxury retailer. You might just catch a lucky deal after all.
