10 Healthy Products Coming to Costco This Summer
There are so many new healthy products at Costco to get excited about! Read on to find our top picks.
We’ve been seeing lots of healthy products being featured on some of our favorite Costco fan accounts on Instagram, like @TheCostcoConnoisseur, @Costco_doesitagain, and @CostcoBuys, and just had to let you know about them.
Here you’ll find the 10 products we’re most excited about this summer that not only taste delicious but will help you and your family eat healthier on a budget, too!
Kirkland Signature Organic Ancient Grain Blend
We’re really excited to get our hands on this new product from Costco, as 90-second whole grains are a staple for our weeknight dinners! This blend is made with brown rice, quinoa, amaranth, and garlic for hearty texture and unique taste.
While we don’t have the exact nutrition facts, this ancient grain blend touts being a good source of both fiber and iron, and likely several other essential nutrients based on these healthy ingredients. However, we have heard there is 300mg of sodium per pouch, so those who are looking for a lower-sodium grain might want to skip over this brand.
Cotton Candy Grapes
The return of cotton candy grapes is one of our favorite parts of the summer, and Costco is all stocked up this season! The retailer is selling an organic version of this super-sweet grape variety and encourages you to stock up while you can, as the growing season for the novelty fruit is short and sweet.
The Costco Instagram account shared a great idea for enjoying these grapes year-round. Freezing them is the perfect way to still enjoy cotton candy grapes, even when they are no longer in stock. And who doesn’t love frozen grapes?
Kirkland Signature Cabernet Sauvignon Boxed Wine
Costco released a new boxed wine at the end of June, and we couldn’t be more excited! This vintage 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon is yet another thrifty and delicious option from the Kirkland Signature wine collection—plus, it lasts for an entire month after opening!
This new boxed wine holds approximately four bottles worth of rich red wine (and we need it now!) Check your local Costco for this California Cab.

Kirkland Signature Marcona Almonds
If you don’t like almonds, you probably haven’t tried the Marcona variety yet. This Spanish almond has a sweeter, more buttery flavor than your standard option. Costco is selling 20-ounce jars of roasted and lightly salted Marcona almonds from their Kirkland Signature line, so we know they will be both delicious and budget-friendly. We can’t wait to use them in salads and to decorate cheese boards for summer entertaining. They even taste amazing in ice cream!
Aidells Whole Blends Meats
Tyson, the biggest meat producer in the country, has teamed up with vegetables for some lighter (yet still flavorful) meat options. And you can find them at Costco now!
Aidells Whole Blends offers some pretty mouth-watering products, like Falafel-Seasoned Chicken and Quinoa Balls and Italian-Style Margherita Chicken Sausages bulked up with ancient grains, fresh herbs, and tasty veggies for one impressive main dish!
Cedar Lane Cauliflower Feta Salad
We’re big Cedar Lane fans, as they sell delicious and healthy prepared foods at some of our favorite grocery stores like Aldi and, of course, Costco. @Costco_DoesItAgain shared a picture of this new Costco find a few days ago—Cauliflower Feta Tabbouleh-Style Salad!
This veggie-packed take on a Mediterranen favorite has only 3g of net carbs for those watching their intake. It’s also packed with 4g of protein per serving for a healthy and filling side. We can’t wait to try this one out!
RW Garcia Organic Lentil With Turmeric Crackers
Costco shoppers can’t get enough of these healthy crackers, according to comments on a recent post from @CostcoBuys. We’re all about convenience when it comes to snacking, and these crackers fit the bill perfectly!
Made with flax, chia, and black sesame seeds, these wholesome crackers are low in sodium and high in anti-inflammatory ingredients. The serving size is 16 crackers and only sets you back 130 calories. They would taste amazing with our Green Pea and Parsley Hummus and some fresh veggies!
Chloe’s Pops Variety Packs
If you haven’t tried Chloe’s Pops yet, now’s the time. Costco is now selling a variety pack of the mango and strawberry flavors for a summer treat you can feel good about eating, thanks to a simple ingredient list and lower added sugar content.
According to @CostcoBuys, you can find a pack of 20 tasty popsicles for under $10. Go ahead and stock up now, because these pops will go fast in your house!
Sonoma Flatbreads Gluten-Free Chicken & Kale Pizza
@TheCostcoConnoisseur shared yesterday that Costco now carries a delicious new gluten-free pizza option, and based on the comments, you’re going to want to add it to your grocery list ASAP. Even with broccoli baked into the crust, Costco shoppers are going crazy for this new product!
While we aren’t sure exactly what nutritional value this pizza has to offer, Sonoma Flatbreads’ Chicken & Fire-Roasted Peppers Pizza has only 260 calories in one-fourth of a pizza, packing in 8g protein. You just might want to check on the sodium content, as some of the other options look pretty high!
Kirkland Signature Organic Chocolate Banana Almond Beverage
We’re running, not walking, to try this tasty new non-dairy option from the Kirkland Signature line! Not only does it sound delicious, but its nutrition facts are seriously impressive. Each single-serve bottle packs 10g protein, 4g fiber, and 30% of your daily calcium needs. Plus, there are only 6g of added sugars! Based on comments from @CostcoBuys followers, we can tell this product is going to be a new favorite.
