Whether you’re trying Keto, Paleo, or Whole30, Chipotle has something for you on the menu.
While some are resolving to dine out less in favor of creating healthier meals in the kitchen, many restaurants are working harder to provide healthy options to meet dietary restrictions. Chipotle introduced new menu items from their latest “Lifestyle Bowls” line today, which includes a Keto, Paleo, and Whole30 Bowl. These items are available to order exclusively online and from the Chipotle mobile app.
These bowls aren’t made up of any new ingredients, but rather serve to help you best navigate Chipotle’s menu based on your diet. The “lifestyle bowls” are similar in construct, but vary based on different dietary needs.

"Now more than ever, Americans are embracing new and varied approaches to healthy living and wellness," Chris Brandt, chief marketing officer of Chipotle, said to PR Newswire. "We've watched guests custom create lifestyle-specific bowls when ordering in our restaurants, so it made sense to offer delicious options via our online channels that help people easily order bowls with real ingredients that fit their wellness goals."
While we don’t necessarily condone trying fad diets, these bowls are definitely healthier than other fast food restaurant options. And we definitely welcome any chance to sneak in extra fiber, veggies, and lean protein.
