Ah, May is finally here—which means flowers, Justin Timberlake memes, and a whole new slew of Whole foods items! We are thrilled about some of the products coming to the healthy food retailer this month, especially those under their 365 private label. We’re sensing lots of tropical and plant-based vibes this month—which is perfect as the outdoor pools begin to open, and we start getting out our sunscreen and getting ready for beach season. Here are the ones we're most excited about:

GTs Alive Adaptogenic Tea

We’re big fans of GTs kombucha and can’t wait to check out the company’s latest venture, made with probiotics, apple cider vinegar, and adaptogens. This sparkling tea comes in three flavors—Mate Mint, Guayusa Turmeric, and Pu-erh Root. Full disclosure: We haven't yet tasted these, but if it has the GTs stamp on it, it’s likely to be tasty! This tea is currently on sale for $2.50, but it typically retails for $3.99.

No Evil Foods Plant-Based Meat Alternatives

Vegan meat alternatives can be tasty (and some of them are pretty nutritious) but almost all of them are made with soy—specifically soy protein isolate. If that's something you're avoiding, you're in luck! No Evil Foods is now carrying three soy-free meat alternatives at Whole Foods—Sausage Hot Italian Stallion, Roast Chicken-Esque Pepper, and Plant Meat Pit Boss Pulled Pork BBQ for $7.99 each. Now those sound like something even meat eaters could enjoy.

Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog Pacific Rim Remix

Referred to as a twist on the classic humboldt fog goat cheese, this cheese is split in two with a line of spices, paprika, chiles, turmeric, and lime leaves. This cheese costs a hefty $27.99 per pound, but you (probably) won’t need that much anyways. It’s only offered for a limited time, so snag it for your next cheese board or snack dinner ASAP.

Tessemae’s Organic Habanero Ranch

Buckle up for this one because it sounds amazing. This ranch-buffalo sauce hybrid from Tessemae’s sounds like our new favorite condiment for pretty much anything. And it’s made with the wholesome ingredients we’ve come to find from the brand, making it Whole30 and keto-friendly as well as gluten and dairy-free at $5.99 per bottle.

Violife Plant-Based Cheese Alternatives

A new plant-based cheese brand has made its way to Whole Foods, and we can’t way to try its melty, gooey goodness. Violife offers vegan cheese in mozzarella and cheddar-style shreds—along with a crumbly faux feta—that are a little lower in saturated fat than some of the non-dairy cheese alternatives out there. These cheeses are priced at $4.99.

Lesley Stowe Raincoast Crispcotti Pineapple and Thai Basil Crackers

 

Consider us intrigued by these uniquely flavored crackers. These sweet and savory crisps are made in small batches and would pair deliciously with your favorite cheeses, fresh fruits, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and sparkling wine, of course! The crispcotti retails for $7.00 a box.

Chameleon Coffee Cold Brew Multi-Serves

May means cold-brew season is just around the corner (or already here if you live in the South like us). The popular Chameleon Coffee brand now carries three exciting cold brew options—Pecan and Mexican-Style (made with whole milk), and Original (made with oat milk) at $7.99 per bottle. Yum!
