Bread Basket: Yeast Rolls

Three-Plus Days Ahead

• Make yeast rolls up to the point where the dough has risen in the final roll shape on the baking pan. Loosely cover the pan with Glad® Press’n Seal® Wrap sealing to the pan around the edge, but not tightly to the rolls themselves, and place in the freezer. If you need to free up space in the freezer, transfer rolls once they have frozen solid to Glad® gallon size food storage bag, and return the bag to the freezer.
 

One Day Ahead

• Transfer frozen rolls to a cooking spray coated baking sheet, cover with Glad® Press’n Seal ® Wrap, and transfer to the refrigerator, allowing them to thaw overnight.
 

Thanksgiving Day

Remove rolls from refrigerator and let come to room temperature. Brush with egg wash and bake according to recipe instructions.
