Cooking Light Diet Members' Favorite Recipes
Imagine you've been shipwrecked on a tiny island. Water surrounds you on all sides, and there's no land in sight. You walk along the coastline, hoping against hope to see a ship on the horizon. No dice. You start to sweat, wondering how in the world you'll feed yourself. Your stomach growls, wondering the same thing no doubt. But wait! Suddenly, you stumble across a large chest sunken in the sand. You manage to pry it open, and inside is...diet food?
This begs the question: If you were stranded on an island with nothing to sustain you but diet food, would you be happy about it? Or, like Wilson in Castaway, would you wade out into the sea and float aimlessly toward the horizon, choosing a briny end over bland and tasteless "food?" Well, if you're a Cooking Light Diet community member, you'd throw a party! Our members have been losing pound after pound eating our delicious recipes, and some are so good they'd be willing to eat them over and over again, even while shipwrecked. We asked them which recipes they'd eat in that scenario, and we've compiled some of their more delectable responses. You can find more by visiting the Cooking Light Diet Facebook group.
