Oh My! Look at These Adorable and Amazing Dishes

Mom of the year goes to Samantha Lee, an incredibly imaginative and gifted food artist who creates adorable plates of food for her young children. Her designs are truly unique, and always on trend, with designs of Disney characters, fairy tales, and adorable Einstein, Michael Jackson, and other whimsy from her imagination.

Samantha started creating food art to encourage her daughter to eat independently when she was pregnant with her second daughter. Her tools? Scissors, knives, and toothpicks only.
