ECH: Salsa and hot sauce! They make everything better. You can take the girl out of Texas...
CL: What's your go-to healthy ingredient in the fridge?
ECH: My go-to healthy liquid ingredient in the fridge is Kombucha—I drink two a day and have since I was 19—I used to harvest it myself. For food, my go-to is Organic Sliced Turkey Breast. It's an easy, healthy snack and the best lean protein.
CL: What's your guilty pleasure fridge item?
ECH: Cheese. I absolutely love cheese. And pie—I always have at least one type of pie in the fridge. It's safe to say that my guilty pleasure fridge item is not singular!

AC: I always have mayonnaise and ketchup in the fridge! They are great for adding a little something special to sauces. I can quickly make an aioli or flavor my bbq sauce.

AC: My go to healthy ingredient in the fridge is spinach. I sneak it into everything from smoothies to my special spaghetti sauce.
CL: What’s your guilty pleasure fridge item?
AC: [My] guilty pleasure fridge item is hands down heavy cream! I love to add it into soups and to make homemade whipped cream!

SB: Tabasco, Mrs. Dash marinades, and Hellmann's light mayo.

SB: This is a tough one but I'd have to go with the "Mrs. Dash" marinades. They're salt-free and taste awesome. It definitely makes healthy eating a lot less boring. I've probably got every single flavor!

SB: I don't have a sweet tooth, which is nice. I'm not a big junk food guy either. So I'd have to go with whiskey for this one!
