Share Your Holiday Traditions
Cooking Light contributor Jennifer Drawbridge is working on a holiday traditions story for our December issue. See how you can help!
I don’t think the Pilgrims sat down to deep-fried turkey with a side of spicy kimchee, but somehow these dishes have become an important part of my New England family’s Thanksgiving tradition. Here at Cooking Light, we’re planning our holiday issues, and we’ve been thinking about the happy and sometimes entirely nontraditional traditions that families and friends create to celebrate the holidays—
like my family’s kimchee, or the matching pajamas worn by one Cooking Light staffer and his entire family on Christmas morning. We’d love to hear from you about any unusual/unconventional/joyous traditions you’ve invented. We want to run these stories in our December issue, so we’re particularly interested in Christmas, Hanukah, Kwanzaa, and New Year’s Eve celebrations. Send us your new family holiday traditions and you may appear in Cooking Light! Comment here or email us at CL_SuccessStories@timeinc.com.
