I've overseen our annual Taste Test Awards now for many years. That means I've tasted hundreds and hundreds of tasty (and some not-so-tasty) snacks. Our goal with this annual series is to point you toward delicious foods that are also nutritious and a smart part of a healthful diet. All winners must clock in at 200 calories or less and fall within our sodium and saturated fat levels with no artificial trans fats.
