Garlic Pull-Apart RollsFinger food doesn’t get much better than this. Individual rolls mean maximum surface area for crispy golden edges, and lots of nooks for the garlic and Parmesan to hide.

Cooking spray2 tablespoons butter1 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon minced garlic1 tablespoon minced fresh oregano1 (11-oz.) can refrigerated French bread dough2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Coat 8 muffin cups with cooking spray.

2. Place butter, oil, and garlic in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 30 seconds or until butter melts. Stir in oregano.

3. Divide dough into 8 pieces; cut each piece into 5 bite-sized pieces. Shape pieces into balls by rolling with your hands. Add 1/3 of dough pieces to garlic mixture; toss to coat with a fork. Place 5 pieces in each muffin cup. Repeat with remaining dough pieces. Sprinkle Parmesan evenly over muffin cups.

4. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden.
