If you think that wintertime calls for only warm and spiced cocktails, then you're seriously missing out. Switch things up with a glass of our tropics-inspired cocktail, the Holiday Coconut Cooler. A mix of coconut milk and coconut rum adds Caribbean flair, making even the coldest winter days feel bright and blissful. 

For an added bonus, this drink helps pack a hefty dose of vitamins. The lime juice provides vitamin C, while coconut water adds a boost of potassium. As usual though, drink cocktails in moderation (even healthy ones) and rely on large variety of fruits and veggies to be your main vitamin sources.

Not interested in boozing it up? Then make this drink a mocktail with a few simple swaps. Omit both of the rums, then add an extra 1/2 cup coconut water, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, and 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract. 

You can make both versions ahead of time. Entertain a crowd with ease by doubling or tripling your batch ahead of time—just give it a stir right before garnishing.
