3-Ingredient Berry Swirl Pop


  • 6 ounces blackberries
  • 6 ounces strawberries
  • 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt


1. Alternate layers of blackberry purée, strawberry purée, and yogurt until molds are filled.

2. Swirl with a long skew and freeze until firm (for at least 4 hours.) Enjoy!

Serves 7 (serving size 1 [2-ounce] pop)
