First up we have Spicy-Sweet Chicken Breast with Green Onion Rice. Boil 1 bag of rice tonight. You’ll use it over the next few nights. Also, go ahead and divide the chicken into 3-ounce portions to streamline dinner prep for the next few nights.

Southwestern Black Bean Soup with Crunchy Tortilla Topping
We omitted chicken in this soup, because it would put the recipe over our calorie and sodium limits. But you can add it if you want. One chipotle chile is pretty spicy, so we’ve added Greek yogurt to cool it down. Reduce the amount of chile and adobo sauce if you’d like a more gentle heat.

Adobo Chicken Fried Rice
Chilled rice is best for fried rice. Good thing you made a bag for the Spicy-Sweet Chicken with Green Onion Rice and chilled it for today’s dinner.

Adobo Chicken Tostada with Broccoli Slaw
You could skip the chicken here, too, if you want to save it for another use. The black beans are hearty and filling. If you do that, try adding the slaw to top the top of the tostada for a super fresh and filling dinner.
