Sweet Crispy Treats

We've know for years that marshmallow and crispy rice cereal make a perfect pair. But with the addition of fun ingredients, somehow they get even better.

For all of these recipes, start by melting 2 tablespoons of butter and 10 ounces of marshmallows over medium-low heat. Add your chosen flavor combo and 6 cups of rice cereal. Press the mixture into a 13 x 9 pan coated with cooking spray, follow any remaining directions, and enjoy!

Double Chocolate

Stir ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa into melted marshmallows; cook 3 minutes. Add cereal; toss well to combine. Press cereal mixture into prepared pan. Heat 4 ounces chopped bittersweet chocolate in microwave at HIGH 45 seconds or until melted, stirring every 15 seconds; drizzle over cereal mixture. Chill 10 minutes before slicing.

Maple Bacon
