Fire Things Up!

We like the Rösle butane kitchen torch and loved these discoveries. The Newton is a bona fide hors d'oeuvre. The Gummie (pictured here) is a delight for kids (cool before serving). We fired each for 2 to 10 seconds at full blast. It takes a bit of practice, but is a wonderful zero-calorie flavor agent.
