Bourbon Peach Slow Cooker Sauce

Ingredients3 pounds coarsely chopped peeled peaches (about 10 medium)1 cup bourbon2/3 cup packed dark brown sugar1/2 cup fresh lemon juice6 tablespoons water1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation1) Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Pour peach mixture mixture into a 4 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until thickened. SERVES 12 (serving size: about 1/4 cup)
