2012 has been an exciting year at Cooking Light. We celebrated our 25th anniversary, we hosted a memorable event—Light Up the Night—at the High Line in NYC in September, and, most importantly, we kept doing what we love: Creating delicious, healthy food worthy of your dinner tables.
