There are two kinds of people in the world: those who like food holidays because they're silly and fun (Why not celebrate some of our favorite foods on occasion?) and those who think they're just useless. They're not useless, you guys!

Today is National Macaroni Day, not National Macaroni & Cheese Day. (That's next week, July 14). In honor, I thought I'd share some of our favorite dishes that use the humble curved pasta.
