Chili-Lime

Ingredients:

  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 8 cups of unsalted popcorn
  • 1 teaspoon dark chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 3/4 teaspoon coarsely ground kosher salt

Directions:

In a large bowl, drizzle lime juice over popcorn. Stir in zest. In a small bowl, combine spices. Sprinkle spice mix on popcorn and stir well.

Curried Coconut

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups of unsalted popcorn
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon red curry powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon coarsely ground kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut chips

Directions:

Place popcorn in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix all spices. Sprinkle spice mix on popcorn and stir well. Gently mix in coconut chips before serving.

Ranch

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups of unsalted popcorn
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed 
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon coarsely ground kosher salt

Directions:
