Pasta is just one of those foods that call to me in my moments of craving. It says, "Eat me! I'm full of empty carbohydrates, and please, please, eat me with copious amounts of Parmesan cheese!" Inevitably, I give in.

With Three Bridges prepared pastas, I don't have to be so mean to my carb callings. The Superfood Spinach and Kale Ravioli was a great dinner for two–I tossed it with some fresh cherry tomatoes, basil, and a generous spoonful of Three Bridges' Superfood Pesto Sauce made with Kale. Lemony, zesty, satisfying—all without the downpour (and calorie uptick) of grated Parmesan cheese.

You only have to boil the pastas for a few minutes, and I used some of the pasta water to thicken the pesto sauce a little further. I would absolutely recommend these products—they have an actual health and nutritious component in comparison to their otherwise obscenely caloric grocery section neighbors. So, for now, my pasta craving has been satisfied. Until next time, Ravioli! (And there will be a next time. Seriously, this pasta is great!)
