Using a mandoline helps get the most from your apple, except for bits of tough core and seeds. See our step-by-step guide to beautiful, round apple slices.
Step 1: Pull out the stem and cut out the calyx (blossom end) at the bottom of the apple.Â

Remove apple seeds from center slices. The core is edible or can be removed, if desired.
Apple slices are great for snacks like our Dried Apple Chips, desserts like our Apple Nachos, or served plain with a spiced dip or even a drizzle of caramel.
