Question: I'd like to make some breakfast casseroles ahead of time. They each callfor eggs mixed with milk then poured over the other ingredients. Can I freezethe dish before baking it and then take it out to thaw and bake it as normal?

Answer: Most of these recipescan be assembled the night before and baked the next morning. This will give youthe best result. If you need to freeze it, I recommend baking it according torecipe directions, cooling it to room temperature and then freezing. Be sure towrap it well to prevent freezer burn and thaw it overnight in the refrigerator. You can reheat it at 325’ for 20 minutes or until it is hot in the center.
